Spanish Style Homes.  Realty Professionals  805-474-7040.  Spanish style homes are typically stylish with arches and stucco exterior and tile roofs.  Some Spanish style homes have flat roofs, usually topped with tile.  Many of the Spanish style homes are very compartmentalized with purpose for each room.  A great example is the Santa Barbara Court House.

Spanish Eclectic style homes traditionally will have low pitched roofs, clay roof tiles, the eaves will have little or no overhang.  The main entry way will have an arch that will typically be ornate, recessed or more detailed than a traditional Spanish.

The Spanish Mission style will “Almost” always have the curvilinear gable, that traditional arch style  center piece that will usually also have a bell in the opening.  No Taco Bell did not invest this style.

Spanish Deco was a widely popular style in the 1920′s especially noticeable in the Miami Florida area where there are several landmarks still today.  Spanish deco is a mix of Mediterrean Revival and Art Deco.
