Wicks Short Sale Update:  Included here will be information that will be logged and updated daily as the short sale progresses.  Most of your questions and concerns will be answered here.  If you follow this link you should be updated as much as the listing agent is on this file.  At any time that you have any questions or concerns please contact your representative immediately.  Remember that Short Sales are different than a Traditional or Standard sale in the sense the we are dealing with other entities, some of which may include a bank, servicing company, investors, private parties, corporations, insurance companies, trusts, etc. and more so than not a Short Sale typically takes longer than e regular sale where you only have a buyer and seller.  Please be patient with the process as we the agents are working our tails off and it requires us Much more work than a Tradition transaction.  We will commit to you that we will work diligently, blood, sweat and tears if it requires it … to get this transaction completed for you … all we ask in return is for you to be as committed to this transaction as we are!  Thank you in advance … the Realty Professionals Team.

7/19/2012 – Uploaded Documents for the second time.
7/25/2012 – emailed, left voice message and equator request Negotiator (David) to view documents.
7/27/2012 – Valuation ordered, waiting for call from Appraiser.
8/3/2012 – B/A Valuation Representative at property.
8/7/2012 – B/A Seller Info request, Buyer POF, MLS info provided
8/12/2012 – Request update from David Equator.
8/14/2012 – Update – Valuation Process
8/19/2012 – Rec’d Value back will have Counter
8/24/2012 – Countered $249,000
8/27/2012 – Buyer(s) stayed at original offer(s)
9/4/2012 – Investor requested deal cancelled out of Equator.

This Short Sale was denied from Bank of America as the Buyer would not counter offer above their original price and was cancelled out of the Equator System.  We have re-marketed the property and have since again received multiple offers!  The property again is in the process of completing the Short Sale, for more information click on this link to see the new update page.
