Speaking of the inventory levels, they are lower, we are experiencing multiple offers, offers that are over list price and prices are going higher as there is less inventory and the continuation of the less amazing financing rates!

There is another tax coming … almost four percent!  This 3.8% (Obama Care) tax will equal $3,800 for every $100,000!  Just think $19,000 of your hard earned equity on a $500,000 sale will be gone to a program you did not get to vote on!
