Today we will have many Choices … we will have the Freedom to choose however we want … basically to do … or not to do.  Today will only come once and it is gone forever … so make this day count … spread your wings a little a live on the wild side and do something extra or a little beyond your comfort zone.  Push yourself that extra mile and by doing this each day the rewards will be amazing!  Just think … an extra mile on the treadmill each day … after a year it would be almost like walking from San Francisco to Los Angeles!  Daily it is Minimal over time it is Massive!  Kevin Jones 2012.  Make it a PRODUCTIVE day!
