Realty Professionals  805-474-7040  Selling During the Holidays by Kevin Jones.   Selling during the Holidays is one of the greatest time of all!  I’m all for decorating during and for the holidays.   Many ask, should I put my home on the market during the holidays, my response is “Oh Yeah”!   There’s a reason behind that response!   Home selling is very emotional and a decorated home is even more emotional.  Best of all if someone is looking at your home during the holidays, they are usually the most qualified and eager buyers of the year!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next question:  How do I decorate, go all out, sparingly, semi conservative, moderate???  You will want to avoid Clutter and make sure the home still shows well and not bunch to ton of furniture in a corner to make room for the tree!  if you are short on space store a chair or couch in the garage for a couple of weeks and keep the much needed space open and visibly attractive to the potential buyers.
