The Pismo Beach Preserve has been approved by the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors by a unanimous vote to fund in the amount of $1.1 Million dollars for this project. The Land Conservancy Group still need to raise a total of $12 Million dollars for this acquisition of the 900 acres just north of Price Canyon in Pismo Beach. The group wants to turn the parcel into a big public park of sorts with hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails.
