Palatial Estate  Realty Professionals  805-474-7040.   What is a Palatial Estate?  I had a client ask me to describe a Palatial Estate … so what type of style is it?  Palatial comes from the word Palace, meaning a large, splendid house or the home of a dignitary.  Estate meaning an amount of land or property or an extensive area of land in the country, usually with a large house owned by one person or one entity.  So the definition would not be limited to a particular type of Architecture but referring to a larger home on a larger plot of land that could be considered in lines with a Palace, Mansion, Chateau or Court.
