This amazing Nipomo Home is now SOLD … it Closed Today!  We have the confirmation from the escrow company!  So here is synopsis of what happened today for this closing: Stopped at escrow to pick up the Sellers closing statement and their final check!  Did my final and closing walk through of the house and it is amazingly spotless!!  The sellers cleaned this home to the 9′s for this lucky new home owner!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Keys are collected, garage door openers and owners manuals on the kitchen counter.  Signs are down, lockboxes are removed and everything is all locked up and lights off!  Dropped off key to the buyers agent office.  All we need to do now is complete our file with our closing documents from escrow and one final review of the file and our job s done!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here is another example of an expired listing that another company had for six months with no results, we get the listing and really make it happen.  The sellers were a little unsure until they seen the offers coming in!  We got them more offers than the previous agent got them showings!
