Overview: Recap, explanation of topic as stated in retreat. What this topic means to you. How you can/will/are implementing this topic in/to your business. Why this topic is important to you. What changes will this make to your business.
Share: No critique, no right or wrong, no judging, no negative input. All comments/sharing will be positive, productive and good in nature. Share how this can/has made a positive impact on your life or your business.
Moderators: Be prepared for call, email an outline at least 24 hours prior tot he call, be on time, take control of the call exactly at 730am PST. No interrupting of moderator for any reason during overview.
Participants: Be on time, be prepared, be in the moment, be ready to share, enjoy the be positve, contribute and mute your phone during the overview/moderation or if there is background noise. Be open with your sharing, the contribution should flow from all partipants.
Qualifications: Must have attended the previous Mike Ferry retreat. Whether it be the One on One or the Super Star retreat. Topics will be based upon the content from the seminar and to contribute you need to have been present.
